Contingent contracts are accepted by the Lee Weber Group, without a fee, until one of our represented candidates takes a position with the client. In a Contingency Contract, The Lee Weber Group only gets compensated once one of our candidates is placed within a position. Contingent recruitment searches are typically not exclusive, so it’s not unusual to have multiple recruiters working on the same search. Due to their nature, it is of critical importance for a candidate’s professional profile to fit the client-defined parameters for the position. Thanks to the Lee Weber Group’s Value Added Services, it is never a risk for us to find the most qualified applicant available.
