Compensation Profile:                                                                 
Compensation: $55,000 – 65,000 Annualized base pay
Commission: 30 % of Base.  Annual payout
Percentage of Travel:10 – 30%
Call Points: HME/DME suppliers & healthcare professionals (physician practices, clinics), HME & Supply Manufacturers, Insurance companies, Health Systems, Electronic Health Record companies.
Company Competitors: DME Hub, Parachute, Go Scripts, 
Medical/Dental: Available after two (2) full calendar months 
401K: Not offered

Job Description

JOB TITLE:                   Regional Sales Associate & Marketing
Reports To:                 EVP of Sales

Summary:  This job is responsible for all company sales activity in a defined region.  The individual will be expected to create and execute a detailed business plan to assure company revenue goals are achieved.  
Essential Duties and Responsibilities 
(Include the following)

  • Gain adoption by influencing prescribers and their staff to use eOrdersPlus for placing orders.
  • Provide a detailed sales and marketing plan, including unit volume and financial goals, by month, quarter, and year, and consistently execute on these including monthly presentation of progress to the executive management team and board.                                                                                                                
  • Help prepare and abide by the cost budget of the position.                                                                                                                         
  • Expected to maintain excellent professional relationships both internal and external company personnel.
  • Is expected to present Stratice Healthcare in a positive and professional manner and operate with the highest ethical standards at all times.
  • Provide voice of market to Business Development team to assist in creating system improvements or guide the company into new line extensions.
  • Attend and direct company participation at industry exhibits and conferences to advance company identity and revenue.

Job Requirements

  • Education; A four year degree is expected.
  • Previous experience in sales/marketing selling software to doctors/prescribers.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills expected.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications: In order to perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 
Education and/or Experience:  Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from a four-year College or University  Must have experience in selling software with documented successes.  Must have a valid driver’s license.  Must successfully pass a mandatory drug screening test prior to employment.  Must successfully pass the corporate background check.   
Language Skills:  Ability to write reports, business correspondence and executive summaries.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
Mathematical Skills:  Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, gross profit, commissions, and percentages. 
Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Computer Skills:  Must have excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications.  Must be on technology wave and understand how to use the internet to maximize contribution.
