Inside Sales Representative – Wound Care – Raleigh, NC

 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 

• Primary role is new Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) business development; grow new client acquisition through a broad knowledge NPWT portfolio 
• Develop strategies to attract NPWT prescribers and generate leads of potential new acute hospital business while maintaining and growing existing outpatient NPWT starts in non-committed acute care customers 
• Once a potential account has been qualified, coordinate and transition opportunity to Business Development Manager 
• Compliance: o Employee must meet vendor credentialing/compliance demands of accounts within given territory. This includes but not limited to: RepTrax, VendorMate, Status Blue, VCS, etc. For patient/customer safety purposes as part of the vendor credentialing process, Employee must satisfy account’s drug screening requirements, including but not limited to screening for marijuana use, regardless if use of marijuana is legal under applicable state law. • Successfully interact with employees at all levels 
• Regular, reliable performance of all job duties 
• Travel as may be required to meet business and customer expectations 
• Perform all other duties as assigned or as may be required from time to time 

EDUCATION and CRITICAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE 
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred 
• Minimum two years’ related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience 
• Ability to develop new business through online and phone presence 
• Broad knowledge to NPWT products and areas for use, Acute and Post-Acute preferred 
• Well organized and detailed-oriented with strong commitment to accuracy 
• Exceptional Follow up and follow through skills 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Hight level of comfort and proficiency with internet, Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel), and Sales Force 

Compensation Profile:
Base: $90,000-$95,000
Bonus: $20,000
Travel: 25% (by plane, expenses paid by company)
