Paid Internship – Medical Device Industry Recruiting

Hours per week: 15 – 20 hours
Compensation: $15/hour
Overview:
The Lee Weber Group, an executive healthcare recruiting firm, is currently seeking an Admin / Associate Recruiter to join our growing team! Our Admins / Recruiters will work closely with our medical device and disposable Fortune 100 clients and play an instrumental role in assessing sales candidates through various recruitment strategies; making the final hiring decision for our sales and marketing positions with our clients.
Computer Skills (Required) – To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint), email applications and Mac OS.
Required typing skills – 75 words per minute
Must have exemplary spelling
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Post jobs on Indeed, MedReps, our website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter; constantly update profiles
- Data Entry resumes into the database
- Talent acquisition, scouting & sourcing candidates
- Out-bound calls, texts, and email correspondence
- Arrange and finalize interviews, source candidates to clients, screen or qualify candidates, provide pertinent materials/information to candidates
- Proactively secure additional job openings through relationships with managers and HR departments
Competencies:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following:
Education – Must have some college or Masters Prepared
Location – Lexington, KY (or within driving distance)
