We have an immediate opening for a Sales Specialist with an international manufacturer in the ostomy space as part of their expansion into the US market. This role will focus on driving sales of their innovative ostomy seal/adhesive into the hospital setting, with an additional product coming to market soon.
Compensation Profile:
Base Salary: up to $100,000
MBO’s: $25,000-$30,000
Car Allowance ($600/month)

This role will include, but will not be limited to the following areas:

Gaining a strong ostomy market understanding, specifically, clinical, competitive and continuum of care.

Developing and implementing a territory sales plan.

Conducting consultative selling appointments with targeted audiences.

Developing & Implementing operational plans for key customer targets.

Utilizing a CRM to manage territory.
-
Analyzing and interpreting sales reports, financial reports and market data to assess performance and create/alter territory plans.

Working directly with Commercial Team to enhance commercial operation processes and results.

Setting realistic sales forecast, managing a territory budget, and producing positive financial results for the identified territory.
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

A university bachelor degree.

Minimum of two years experience in ostomy or medical device sales roles.

Experience with consultative selling platforms.

Excellent working knowledge of CRM systems to manage sales pipeline.

Strong data collection, analysis, and interpretation capabilities to help drive strategic decisions and measure performance.

Highly motivated, results focused individual.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
