Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify and generate sales within an assigned geographic area and customer base, utilizing phone, electronic communications and in-person formal meetings.
- Timely follow up on all tradeshow, inside sales leads and other demand generation activities.
- Prepare and execute territory business plan to ensure sustainable growth, and 100% + sales goal achievement.
- Build and maintain an active sales funnel including cross-sell opportunities with current customers.
- Acquire and demonstrate outstanding knowledge of all product offerings.
- Record sales activity and client information in the company’s CRM software. Provide periodic activity reports, including assessments, sales successes, account gains/losses, competitor activity, etc.
- Process documentation in accordance with standard operating procedures for quotations, special pricing approval, order follow-up, problem resolution and order expediting. Manage contracts for assigned customers.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years Healthcare IT solution, service and/or medical device sales experience with a track record of demonstrated goal achievement.
- Existing relationships with wound care clinicians a must.
- Formal sales training (Miller Heiman, Strategic Selling, SPIN etc..) required.

Chronic Account Manager – Pittsburgh, PA
We have an immediate opening for a Chronic Account Manager with a leading medical supply company. This position will be responsible for selling a portfolio of negative pressure wound therapy and other wound care products/services.
Compensation Profile:
Base: $65,000-$80,000

Responsibilities:
· Generates clinical demand, facilitates discharge of patients from Acute Care settings.
· Conducts daily sales calls to high potential case managers, doctors, wound care centers and other sales targets in assigned accounts.
· Creates and maintains call plans to qualify new and maintain existing referrals to grow the business.
· Enters call plan and outcomes into the CRM system.
· Obtains supportive documentation for clinical and financial patient care management and coordinates logistics of equipment for home delivery with patients and branch staff.
· Provides patient/caregiver initial education and documentation around usage of equipment and/or supplies for wound care and other therapies.
· Provides continuing education programs as needed to on-site hospital and payer case managers.
· Liaise with other Sales Reps and equipment manufacturers.
· Participates in the institution’s quality assurance/performance improvement initiatives as requested.
· Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications:
· College degree or previous relevant job experience required.
