Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree, preferably in the Business, Science, or Medical field
• 5+ years in medical sales, selling tissue products and/or calling on burn/trauma centers
• Proven experience and high achievement in sales

Compensation Profile:

Sales Representative – Ostomy Care – South FL – Miami, FL
About the Role:
As a natural communicator and go-getter, you will be responsible for selling company’s portfolio of products in order to drive market share increase within a designated territory. You are a collaborator who will foster team effectiveness and accomplishment of shared goals by sharing knowledge, experience, and information in order to optimize business strategies and drive overall sales within the territory.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop positive, collaborative relationships with clinical care providers, key buying influencers, including but not limited to Physicians, WOCNs, and other clinicians within the continuum of care, and targeted customers in the Acute, Alternate Site, and healthcare settings.

Develop productive business relationships with individuals who are purchasing decision-makers in targeted facilities within designated territory.

Generate business with new customers through cold calling and lead follow-up, and grow sales with existing accounts and customers.

Present and detail company products to decision makers and associated staff to help create demand for company products, using appropriate selling tools, visual aids and product demonstrations.

Attend national, regional, and local meetings as required, representing company in a professional manner.

Plan and implement product in-service programs for company products.

Analyze territorial sales to target key customers for in-service programs.

Report results of in-service program to the Regional Sales Manager.

Leverage existing company sales reps and distribution channels to create a positive team approach to all the targeted facilities within your designated territory.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the commercial success of the Advanced Wound Care division’s best in class portfolio of surgical products within a defined geographic area. You understand the importance of working with a team and will foster team effectiveness and accomplishment of goals by sharing knowledge, experience, and information to optimize business strategies and drive overall sales within the territory.
Compensation Profile:
Base Salary: $73,000
Commission: $72,000 + at plan incentive target (uncapped, can exceed the IC target).

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell portfolio of surgical products and understand competitive landscape to achieve sales results, quotas/targets and profitability goals
- Develop new target accounts, establish new business and increase sales of current accounts
- Develop and maintain action plans (i.e., weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) by analyzing territory performance, sales and reports to identify the needs of specific accounts and discuss issues with Regional Sales Manager to help the organization achieve its annual sales goals. Identify, prioritize, pull-through, and close opportunities.
- Ensure effective utilization of the products by all trained HCPs within assigned territory
- Network and build relationships across multiple care settings (i.e. OR, Nursing Units, Physician Offices, Care Coordinators, Cath Lab, L&D, etc.), and use information gathered to build territory strategy.
- Maintains thorough knowledge and capabilities of the Company’s products, channels and methods of distribution
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of clinical evidence and articulate our evidence-based value proposition
- Demonstrates clinical understanding of targeted surgical procedures

Job Description
The Urology Account Manager, is a key position within the sales organization. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM), this person is responsible for generating new revenue for the company, focusing solely on Urology.
Job Responsibilities
- Initiate the sale of our clients services and product offerings using a structured sales process
- Prospect, identify and qualify new referral opportunities
- Develop a progressive, long-term, referral generating relationship with the customer
- Successfully present and implement new marketing programs within the assigned territory
- Network with healthcare professionals, institutions, community agencies, key trade associations, and specific manufactures to promote our clients value proposition
- Attend trade shows, conferences and association meetings
Job Requirements
- College degree, and 1-2 years sales experience, preferably within healthcare
